Program Information

Participants are asked to bring a personal water bottle
for both on and off ice training.

Registration is 1 hour prior to your designated off ice conditioning time at the entrance to Arena 2 at Strathcona Gardens.

Please have all participants at the arena fifteen minutes prior to off ice conditioning in the designated dressing room for attendance.

Moving players up or down will be the final decision of the Lead Instructor in consideration with the staff, player and parents.

Instructor to player ratio will be 4:1, therefore each class is capped at twenty four participants.

Limit of three goaltenders per group.

* Bring off-ice training gear everyday (shorts, good running shoes, towel, water bottle, etc)
* Bring additional nutrition (fruit and water will be supplied each day to grab as you go)
* There will be opportunity for athletes to grab extra ice / gym / dry-land training time with other groups
* This is a progressive training program, and therefore important to attend every session
* If interested in getting on ice or in gym before your camp, contact the Storm Office
