A win and a loss greeted the 2007-08 version of the Storm on their 1st weekend of the season and by what the fans saw Friday night it may take a couple weeks to actually tell what kind of team Campbell has.

A big 6-1 win Friday night before a good size home crowd over the Oceanside Generals the team that ended their 2006-07 season then a 3-1 loss to their highway rivals the Comox Dodge Glacier Kings got their season kicked started.

The home game Friday night was dominated by the referee who took it opon himself to take away any flow to the game making calls that could have been ignored and missed calls that should have been called just like he did many times last season.

The look of this Storm will change over the next few weeks with more additions of returning players off at other hockey tryouts but the base of this team looks good on the upside in what should be hpoefully will be a competeive team each night.

The Eye of the Storm comes from a fans take of each game leaving the actuall reporting of game stats and number to the reporters and with that heres hope that we all go and get to enjoy some good Jr B hockey leaving each night having enjoyed what we just saw...Go Storm!!!!

Billet Families
One of the vital components to operating a successful junior hockey franchise is to provide a comfortable living environment for each one of our players. We strive to find homes that will expose our players to a positive family environment. Being a host family is an experience that we would like you to consider.
